You must attend an Applicant Information Meeting to receive an application. Please check the Calendar for  the dates of meetings.

What to bring with you to a meeting:

-Copies of your paycheck stubs and/or proof of other income (SS, SSI, Child Support)
-Copies of your Social Security Card and driver's license or valid MS ID
-Mailing addresses for your current landlord, employers and friends for references
-Copy of most recent IRS 1040 (tax form)
-Birth certificates and social security cards for all family members in the household
-A pen
-Two free hands: The meeting will last an hour and a half, and is very boring for children. Please leave them at home.
