Habitat for Humanity/Metro Jackson provides a hand up – not a hand out.
There is a common misconception that Habitat for Humanity/Metro Jackson homes are given away to people in need. But the fact is, we sell our homes to families at no profit, with zero-percent interest loans, in order to make them affordable for people who cannot otherwise afford a house with a conventional mortgage.
