Construction Supervisor

This person serves as a house leader for Habitat home builds by supervising volunteers and homeowners in construction tasks, maintaining a safe and pleasant environment. They will also provide quality control throughout the build process and make sure materials are used efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should have experience in residential construction. They must be able to work with large groups of volunteers by instructing, supervising and directing multiple construction tasks through all phases of house construction. They should have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Work week is primarily Tuesday – Saturday with the bulk of the volunteer work days scheduled on Saturday.  Weekday tasks may involve all phases of residential construction and preparing sites for the Saturday activities with volunteers.
