Development and Marketing Coordinator
The Development and Marketing Coordinator will primarily be part of a donor development team.  This position will be responsible for corporate giving, in kind and financial donations.  Also developing marketing and development resources to support affiliate growth.  The position reports to the Director of Development/Marketing.      
 
Work week-Monday through Friday, with some early mornings, evenings, and weekends required with notice.  Flexibility with schedule is required.    
 
Minimum Qualification:
Education and experience:  Bachelor’s degree; supplemented with five years related work experience. Knowledge of Sage or donor development software required.

Assistant Manager of Construction

 
Primarily responsible for the management and oversight of the NRI and Preservation Program projects which include critical, minor repairs and rehabs.  Support the Director of Construction in all aspects of leading the construction team including managing work assignments and performance of construction supervisors as well as volunteer engagement and safety. Also responsible for resale walk through process to determine the scope of work list for resale properties.  Position reports to the Construction Director
 
Required skills:
. Strong construction management experience and knowledge of
construction practices
. Ability to work across multi-department lines for successful
expediting of the construction process.  
. Strong computer skills including project management tools
. Ability to motivate and manage diverse staff
. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
 
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and experience:  Bachelor's degree ideally in the construction related discipline and five years related work experience.  
Work week is primarily Tuesday – Saturday.   Weekday tasks may involve all phases of residential construction and preparing sites for the Saturday activities with volunteers.
